Job Description:
Pacific Energy invites applications from suitable
qualified persons for the position of Aviation Aircraft Refueler for its
business in Vanuatu. The successful candidate will be based at Bauerfield
Airport.
The aircraft refueler works outdoors in various weather conditions with
aviation gasoline and kerosene fuel. They operate refueling trucks and fueling
equipments daily.
The refueler will also do maintenance job and participate in all safety
programs of the company.
This is a long term permanent post.
Applicants will be assessed against the following
selection criteria:
Criteria:
Must have mechanical or engineering
Qualification/ background
Must have High school diploma/Certificate or equivalent
In possession of a valid Driving License with the category of Heavy duty Vehicle
Able to work in a team and respect instructions
Ability to be self-motivated and to work on the weekends
Ability to follow strict Aviation controls and procedures in place
Must have a valid medical certificate
Must have good sense of safety first
Ability to work under pressure
Have good communication skills
Must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft applications
Must be able to learn further.
