Role

Handle queries from clients and managers
Answer emails in a timely manner
Answer and direct phone calls
Data entry
Provide general support to the office staff and visitors.
Criteria:
A minimum Year 13 leaving certificate or equivalent
Excellent written and spoken English or French, fluency in both is not an absolute requirement
Previous experience in administration work would be a bonus but not a necessary requirement.
