Job Description
|
|
The role is to manage the
Cargowise One Edi software that is an ERP system specialised for the
Logistics Industry.
Previous experience of ERP systems and Cargowise One is essential, certification in Cargowise One will be a plus. The knowledge required is to understand how Cargowise one works and an understanding on Administration of the system. As the solution is cloud based a sound knowledge of networking and cloud computing is also required to enable the system to run efficiently. The job is to manage improving the system to suit company requirements, user support and training of users on a regular basis. |

Selection Criteria
|
|
• Coordinate, manage,
test and implement system upgrades, patches, bug fixes, enhancements and
system interfaces
• Administer EDI/Cargowise applications related functions and processes • Setup and configuration of EDI/Cargowise modules to facilitate business processes and controls • Key liaison between end-users and IT for successful delivery of projects and or operational support • Exercises independent judgment and discretion in overall project management by prioritizing, planning and tracking project progress • Develop reports for end users and support ad-hoc request • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills; and in-depth knowledge of project planning methodologies and software development life cycles. • Self-motivated and work well in a team environment • Effective in multi-tasking and handling multiple projects concurrently Excellent requirements gathering and management, including defining and managing scope and requirement changes • Ten or more meaningful years of experience in managing ERP |
