Qualification: Diploma or Certificate Special Business Education: Earth Science, Electronics Experience: At least five years experience in hydrology and familiarity with hydrological software Management/supervisory skills: Supervisory skills Special Skills: Computing skills (word, excel and Access) driving skills Thinking style: Analytical ,Practical and creative thinker Communication/Interpersonal skills: clear communication skills Behavioural Competencies: Mature personality Language: English and or French and bislama |
