Job Desctiption:
Warwick Le Lagon Resort is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to oversee and safeguard the Maintenance Gate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Access Control: Monitor and regulate entry/exit of staff, contractors, and vehicles through the Maintenance Gate.
• Property Protection: Ensure no unauthorized removal of company, guest, or contractor property.
• Incident Reporting: Record and report any irregularities or breaches to the Resort Manager.
• Compliance Enforcement: Uphold resort policies and SOPs related to security and property movement.
Selection Criteria:
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in security or related field.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Knowledge of security pass procedures is an advantage.
