Duties and responsibilities: |

| | 1) Manage the project office’s front desk, including: answering and forward incoming telephone calls |
| | 2) Managing the cash book software including banks accounts, ensuring due reconciliation processes are followed |
| | 3) Preparation and documentation of monthly accounts and relevant financial reports |
| | 4) Write minutes of meeting, especially of the project staff meetings |
| | 5) Write non-technical project correspondence, e.g. cover letters, invitation, etc |
| | 6) File according to the project filing systems |
| | 7) Maintain the project’s inventory of public relations (PR) and awareness material |
| | 8) Liaise with travel agents, hotels and embassies for quotations, travel itineraries, bookings, visa arrangement, etc. |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Diploma or university degree in accounting and management related disciplines; At least 2 years of professional working experience in a similar position; Excellent command of MS-office and ability to learn |
| | accounting software; Excellent knowledge of the english & bislama languages. |
