| | We are seeking for a suitable person for the position above. This position is available for a fixed term period of one year. | | pressure and overtime. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Responsible to the IT manager Vanuatu-emalus campus will assist with providing first level ICT support services |
| | 2) A point of contact in providing information collation and dissemination for all ICT services available through user guide documentation, user training workshops and ad hoc awareness presentations |
| | 3) Assist with faults/outages regarding ICT services |
| | 4) Work both in isolation and in conjunction with IT services emalus staff and/or external contractors to resolves these in a timely, proficient manner. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - A working knowledge of ICT communication and computing equipment and technologies including VSAT systems, IP networking, MS and Linux server systems, audio-visual conferencing systems and standards |
| | PC hardware + OS, desktop applications and web/internet based applications. |
| | Salary: |
| | Vatu 201.70 – Vatu 403.41 per hour |
