| | The successful applicant will possess: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Degree or equivalent relevant experience in a relevant field; Experience with public policy, public administration or other relevant field; |
| | - Experience monitoring of public sector activities and preferably of donor-funded programs; Experience with communicating with Vanuatu and international Agencies; |
| | - Ability to analyse data and information and prepare analytical reports in Bislama and English; |
| | - Ability to communicate well with senior GoV officials and donors; |
| | - English and Bislama (Essential); French (Desirable) |
