| | - Able to think analytically, practically, comprehensively, sensitively, positively and be open minded |
| | - Good communication skills, listening skills, be responsive and have good leadership approach. |
| | - Shows a sense of professionalism, Punctuality, visionary, adaptable to environmental change, treat others with dignity and respect, commitment self-discipline, accountable and critical. |
