Save the Children is the world's largest independent child rights development organisation, making a difference to children's lives in more than 100 countries. From emergency relief to long-term development, Save the Children secures a child's right to health, education and protection.
The purpose of this role is to support the overall review of the program monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning systems.

To ensure that we fully capture quality data and report for SCA PAM activities, we require someone with the following calibre.
Criteria: 
  • Trained in data management and with experience working with Excel managing database
  • Familiarity with MEAL frameworks (design/implementations/M&E) cycle
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection (M&E methods) and data analysis
  • Experience in indicator performance tracking tables
  • Commitments to and understanding of SCI vision, mission and values
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, self-confidence, and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and can work as part of a team
  • Fluent in Bislama and advanced level of English language proficiency required
  • Honest, encourages openness and transparency: demonstrates highest levels of integrity.
