Job Description:

Nasama Resort is seeking for an experienced Reservation and Front desk Officer. Minimum of 2 years experienced is required. Responsibilities Answer to mail enquiry in English (and French is an advantage) Load, create and confirm bookings Familiar with direct bookings and travel agent bookings. Prepare check-in and check out Take payments Organize Tours Follow any enquiry reported by guest Night Audit. Criteria: Skills Must have excellent communication and writing skills in English/Bislama/French (advantage) Ability to work weekends/public holidays/evenings Must be experienced as a receptionist, good presentation, and professional behaviour Must be experienced  with computer programs like Outlook, Word and Excel Working knowledge of a reservation system (such as Oprah, Room Master, Starfleet...) Outgoing personality, cheerful with good people skills Strong work ethic, absolute honesty are essential.
