Job Description:
Freshwater Plantation is seeking applications from interested candidates for the position of Waitress. We are a NEW day tour operator and restaurant on Aore Island (staff transport provided).
Role
Meet and greet day tour and lunch guests
Take lunch and drink orders
Serve lunch and drinks
Make bar drinks
Calculate bills and take payment (EPTPOS, cheques, cash)
Train other staff.
Criteria:
APTC Certificate III in Hospitality
Must speak good English
5 years experience in Resorts
Outgoing personality
Bar experience
EPTPOS experience.
