A friendly Pacific Private Bank team is looking for an
experienced Bank Operations Specialist in Port Vila. If you consider yourself
to be diligent and keen to learn, please, send us your resume.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparation of payment orders
- Diligent record keeping
- Risk screening using bank's IT resources
- Monitoring and dissemination of settlement confirmations
- Daily filing and storage of important documentation
- Client communication.
Criteria:
Skills required
- Strong attention to detail
- High degree of responsibility
- Ability to use a variety of IT systems
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Quick adaptation to changing environment.
Other desirable attributes
- Previous banking or operations experience highly valued
- Knowledge of SWIFT would be a big advantage
- Fluent use of French language is a plus.
