Job Description:
Tempo Holdings Ltd is seeking to employ a Property Operations Supervisor.

Duties will include:
  • Supervising the cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure that our Apartments, Studios and Houses are kept at a high standard
  • To ensure property inventories are accurate and make changes as necessary
  • Liaise with Private and Public Organizations to ensure vacant properties are rented quickly
  • Be responsible for Entry and Exit Inspections on properties for new and existing tenants.
Criteria:
  • The successful applicant should have good communication skills, an eye for detail, be responsible and trustworthy
  • Previous experience would be desirable but not necessary
  • Must have knowledge on Microsoft Office soft wares, WORD and EXCEL
  • A Current Drivers License is essential to this position.
