Job Description:
Tempo Holdings Ltd, a local company is seeking the services of an experienced Property Manager.

Duties will include:
  • Day to day running of apartments, studios and houses
  • Co-ordination of maintenance and repairs
  • Supervising cleaners and maintenance staff
  • Issuing rental leases, invoices and some basic bookkeeping
  • Responsible for Tenants entries and exit inventory checks
  • Meeting and talking to prospective tenants and organisations to fill rental vacancies.
Criteria:
  • Must be punctual, trustworthy and have an eye for detail
  • Experience would be a benefit
  • Current drivers licence is ESSENTIAL to this position.
