Job Description:
Stop Press Limited is the leading Wholesale and Retail Stationery shop in Vanuatu having shops in Central Downtown, Inside Au Bon Marche Nambatu and its superstore at Champagne Estates, Port Vila. We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team based at its Head Office in Champagne Estate, Port Vila.
The Warehouse Supervisors major responsibilities will include the following: Key Responsibilities
Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, operational policies and procedures
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Criteria:
Pass in Year 12 School Certificate
Knowledge in Retail Manager will be an added advantage
Familiarity with use of Microsoft Office and Excel
High level of personal integrity and honesty
Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and interpersonal skills
Advanced written and verbal English language skills
