Job Description:
The Melanesian Hotel Port Vila is seeking suitable and
qualified person for the position of Accountant.
Criteria:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field of
Accounting and Finance
Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce or equivalent
Hands on knowledge and experience on MYOB and Room Master
Able to supervise the Accounts staff
Able to prepare timely and accurate monthly reports and control of the financial resources of the company
Able to do regular bank reconciliations for all bank accounts
Able to do monthly reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts
Able to prepare schedule for yearly audit
Ability to work under pressure
Honest and reliable
Fluent in English.
