Job Description:

VSDP is seeking an experienced Program Manager. The key responsibilities are: Managing the Community Based Rehabilitation home visit and Early Intervention programs Implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities Proposal and report writing for donors and partners Manage relationships with partners and donors Manage program and operational budgets Manage program and operational staff.

Criteria:

Skills and experience required: At least 5 years experience of managing and implementing community development programs Financial qualifications and excellent financial management skills Experience with the MYOB accounting software Experience of managing a team Experience of report writing and monitoring and evaluation Experience in working with charities and NGOs Excellent communication skills Excellent leadership skills Must be fluent in Bislama and English. Only ni-Vanuatu citizens are able to apply.
