Job Description:

VIPhone is currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to fill the above mentioned position. You will be greeting tourist at the international arrivals and renting them VIPhones, simple mobile phones, pre-programmed with all the numbers and information tourists need to have the perfect Vanuatu holiday. Duties include greeting guests in the baggage claim area, handing out brochures, answering questions about VIPhones, following the phone rental procedures, taking payments, recording rental information, accepting rental returns and preparing rental phones for re-issue.

Criteria:

Well-presented, clean and neat Comfortable speaking to tourists (mostly English, some French) Communication skills (eye contact, smile, body language, speaking clearly) Basic mobile phone skills (sms, calling, contacts) Basic maths (add, subtract and multiply with a calculator) Must be able to follow instructions (like, do not send resumes before calling). We will provide training for the role.
