Roles:
• Knowledge of international cuisines
• Work with other chefs to produce food to a high standard on a daily basis
• Able to create exciting menus and daily specials using fresh local produce
• Knowledge of portion control to keep food costs in check to maintain or raise profit margins on food.

| Criteria: |
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Must speak fluent English; French and Bislama an advantage
• High level of personal hygiene; full understanding of restaurant health and safety
• Well organized; great teamwork skills
• Honest, responsible; quick and efficient worker.
