- Maximize revenue by up-selling packages and creative food and beverages.
- Report to the Food & Beverage Director, providing feedback on operations and performance.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure efficient and effective service
- Train and supervise F&B staff, provide feedback, and address any performance issues

 

Selection Criteria:

- Minimum 4 years’ experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Duty Manager

- Experience in High end Multi Outlet Resort operations.
- South Pacific Island Experience an advantage but not essential.
- Experience in Managing large/Diverse F&B FOH teams
- Fluent in English
- A recognized Hospitality degree or Diploma advantageous but not essential.
- Hands on Team Player 100% essential

Job Desctiption:

• Responsible for the efficient operation of the hotel property and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services and protection of the Owner’s asset.  Structural aspects of the hotel as well as the maintenance of grounds and external facilities all fall within the span of responsibility.

 

Selection Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 3 years of engineering experience with 1 year in a management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
