Job Desctiption:
We are seeking friendly, energetic bar staff to prepare and serve drinks, take customer orders, process payments, maintain a clean and well-stocked bar, and provide warm, professional service to our guests.
Selection Criteria:
Previous bar, restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred. Applicants should have strong customer-service and communication skills, basic cocktail knowledge, cash-handling ability, and good personal presentation. Must be reliable, honest, energetic and able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays. English and Bislama are required; French or another language would be an advantage.
