Calibre Project Managers is looking for an experienced and reliable Project Foreman to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site
Manage workers, subcontractors, and site schedules
Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and timelines
Monitor quality, safety, and site standards
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers
Track materials, equipment, and site progress
Identify and report any site issues or delays
Selection Criteria:
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction or a similar supervisory role
Strong knowledge of construction methods and site operations
Good leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and understand construction drawings
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Relevant qualifications or trade experience will be an advantage
