C. Lo Wholesale & Retailer is seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service & Operations Manager to oversee customer service functions and support the efficient coordination of day-to-day business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relations, ensuring service quality standards are maintained, coordinating operational processes, handling customer enquiries and escalations, monitoring performance outcomes, and supporting the achievement of organisational objectives.
The role requires a strong background in customer service, operations support, administration, and team coordination, with the ability to maintain high standards of service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Selection Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in customer service and operational environments.
- Demonstrated experience in senior customer service and operations roles.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Experience handling customer enquiries, concerns, and service resolution.
- Ability to coordinate operational activities and maintain service standards.
- Strong administrative, reporting, and record management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively.
- Proficient computer literacy and information technology skills.
