Job Desctiption:
The Logistics Manager will oversee Nicon Shipping’s daily freight and logistics operations, including cargo bookings, tracking, vessel coordination and management of our FreightOps system. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring accurate cargo records, improving operational efficiency and maintaining high standards of customer service. We are looking for a proactive, organised leader who can strengthen accountability and help us deliver a more reliable and professional shipping service to our customers.

* Proven experience in logistics, shipping or freight management.
* High level of computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities.

* Ability to multitask, solve problems and work under pressure.
* Honest, reliable, self-motivated and accountable.
