Organisation Description:
Full-time mechanic needed to repair trucks and quads.
Mon–Fri 7:30–11:30 & 1:30–5:30, Sat 7:30–11:30.
Job Desctiption:
Daily checks
Check oil, coolant, brake fluid and fuel levels
Check tyres, lights, brakes and steering
Report any faults before vehicles go out
Weekly maintenance
Grease moving parts and check belts, chains and cables
Check battery, tyre pressure and wheel nuts
Wash and clean vehicles; keep the workshop tidy
Monthly checks
Full inspection of engine, brakes, suspension and electrics
Check filters, spark plugs and drive systems
Record each vehicle’s condition and what is due next
Repairs and servicing
Diagnose faults and repair trucks and quads
Carry out oil changes, filter changes and full services
Replace worn parts and test vehicles after repair
Records
Keep a log of all work done, parts used and upcoming services
Tell the manager when parts or supplies are running low
Selection Criteria:
Minimum two years experience
Salary:
100,000vt monthly
